We found the sweet spot that aligned Mercer's strategic goals with the needs of the graduate participants. We recognise the personal investment is intensely high for both the company and the graduates, we created a relevant, energetic, vibrant programme that journeys the graduates from their first days right through to becoming Mercer's future performers.

M&S wisely invested in their managers. We we created bespoke Leadership Development Programme specifically for M&S's management layers.
